Before learning & incorporating these techniques, I woke up everyday feeling irritable, frustrated and worthless (because what 23 year old has this much back pain!?).  I endlessly worried about what my future held because I loved working out, but I knew there was no way I could stay active with the pain I had.  I had tried physical therapy (not to mention, I was in physical therapy school!!!), massage, acupuncture and many other things, but nothing worked.

 

And then I learned what I am about to share with you in these videos. 

 

I may have paid a lot of money (and gone through a ton of schooling) to gain this knowledge, but I think everyone should have access to this, which is why I made this completely free.

 

These videos are the fundamental foundation for freeing yourself from the burden of low back pain.  Without this knowledge, other things just don’t work as well.  What I share is based on the latest neuroscience research – but without the textbooks and lengthy lectures.

Besides the exercises and stretches I am using daily, I am most grateful for the education you gave me.  The awareness of my back pain and the triggers, and acknowledging that I am going to be hypersensitive so I don’t need to get concerned if I feel pain during my rehab.  That has helped me mentally more than you know, and I am grateful for that.  I can tell you that I’ve made a lot of progress and it’s feeling better.  I’m attempting a bike ride around the town later today.
